TapSkip is our own skip-hire business, in two halves: a booking site where a householder gets a price and a skip on the drive by morning, and the operator platform behind it that runs the yard, the drivers, the permits and the invoicing.
We drew the brand, built the consumer site and the operator software, and wrote the pricing engine that has to land every quote inside the permit rules of the borough it is going to. Then we kept running it.
Because we operate it, every part has been tested against real jobs: drivers who need the next address on their phone, permits that change by street, invoices that have to reconcile at the end of the month.
